Welcome to ScoreLegends (“ScoreLegends”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the ScoreLegends mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Application”). By installing or using the Application you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.

1. Overview

ScoreLegends is a football and multi-sport community platform that allows users to create and join matches, record statistics, vote for MVPs, earn badges and milestones, and share achievements. The Application is provided as a free service operated from the United Arab Emirates.

2. Eligibility and Parental Supervision

• The Application is open to all ages.
• Users under 13 years old may use ScoreLegends only with the consent and active supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for monitoring use and for all activity on accounts created or used by minors under their supervision.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
• You may delete your account at any time by contacting admin@thescorelegend.com.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ScoreLegends only for lawful purposes and in a respectful manner. In particular, you must not:

• Upload, share, or post content that is obscene, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate;
• Infringe intellectual-property rights or privacy of others (including photos of people without consent);
• Cheat, manipulate, or falsify match statistics or ratings;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application or interfere with its operation;
• Use bots, automation, or scraping tools to collect data;
• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the Application or its source code;
• Impersonate another user or misrepresent your identity.

5. User-Generated Content

• You retain ownership of the content you submit (e.g., match photos, stats, comments, highlights).
• By posting content, you grant ScoreLegends a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the app and related promotional materials.
• We may remove or moderate any content that violates these Terms or community guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Application, including its software, design, logos, trademarks, and data models, are owned by ScoreLegends or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of intellectual-property rights to you.

7. Third-Party Services

The Application may rely on or link to third-party services (e.g., Google Play Services, Apple App Store, AWS, analytics, or social logins). Each third party has its own terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with those terms when using such features.

8. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

If ScoreLegends introduces paid features or subscriptions, payment processing will be handled securely by the relevant app store or payment provider. Fees, billing periods, and renewal terms will be clearly shown before you purchase. Refunds are subject to app-store policies unless required by law.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data. By using the Application, you consent to that processing.

10. Connectivity, Devices, and Updates

• You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining an internet connection. We are not responsible for network, data, or roaming charges.
• Ensure your device remains charged; we are not liable if you cannot access the app due to device issues.
• We may provide updates that you must install to continue using the app. Certain updates may be required for security or performance reasons.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. While we aim to keep it reliable and accurate, we make no guarantees that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• ScoreLegends disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose;
• We are not liable for any loss of data, reputation, revenue, or other indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use of (or inability to use) the Application;
• Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Application is to stop using it and, if applicable, delete your account.

12. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. You may also stop using the Application at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Application ceases immediately.

13. Changes to the Application

We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to inform users about significant changes via the Application or our official communication channels.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The revised Terms will take effect when posted within the Application or at the time we notify you. Continued use after updates means you accept the new Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless otherwise required by local consumer-protection law.
